EVERYONE WINS WHEN BILLY BRINGS HIS BUDDIES!

2010-2011 teacher evaluation draw winners announced

Nearly, 11,000 classrooms across Canada received the Billy Brings his Buddies Grade One Teacher Kit in the fall of 2010. The kit includes a lesson plan to help Grade 1 educators teach their students about the buddy system, and at-home activities to send home to parents to help them reinforce this important safety strategy with their child. With Honeywell's support, this was the fifth consecutive year the kits have been distributed free-of-charge to classrooms across Canada.

Teachers were asked to provide feedback through an online evaluation of the Billy Brings his Buddies program. Those who completed the survey were entered in a draw to win one of ten $150 gift certificates for their classroom. A special thank you goes out to all educators who took the time to complete the evaluation. Your feedback is extremely helpful and will assist in the development of future lessons and activities and other education materials. The following schools are this year’s winners:
