Billy is having a birthday party and inviting all his buddies!
ENTER TO WIN 1 OF 3 CLASSROOM BILLY BIRTHDAY PARTIES
New for the 2011-12 school year, all Grade One classrooms in Canada will have the opportunity to win one of three Billy birthday parties – including a special visit from Billy himself!
The three winning classrooms will receive the supplies necessary to throw a party, including:
- Billy evites to send home to parents
- A birthday cake
- Decorations - including balloons, a Billy birthday poster, and a birthday banner
- Billy Birthday activities, designed to help reinforce the Buddy System Safety Strategy
- The potential to have the full-size Billy mascot costume delivered so a school staff person or volunteer parent can make a special Billy guest-appearance! Click here to view mascot.

HOW TO ENTER:
Grade one teachers who have used the Billy program are eligible to enter the contest by either completing the Billy teacher evaluation or by providing a submission detailing how the program was used in their classroom, such as submitting:
- a video of the class being taught the Billy buddy safety strategy;
- a photo collage of the class using the Billy Brings his Buddies program; or,
- a written or video essay on why the Billy Brings his Buddies program is an effective way to teach students about the buddy system.
